Hotel Accommodations
Hello everyone, the big day is fast approaching and we wanted to provide you with some additional information to book a room online and specify that you are with our wedding party to be eligible for a group rate.
The instructions will give you reservations that are made directly with the hotel and not with any 3rd parties (expedia, booking etc) so this is likely the best way. These instructions also only take a 20% pre-authorization on your card for now and you would pay the full amount upon checkout on November 3rd in the morning. For now the price is based on the room you choose when you book but before anyone pays in full on November 3rd we will make sure they apply the group rate to the final price.

- Choose November 2nd as the date and click “find a unit”
- It should show you a list of available rooms
- Pick one and click “book”
- It will ask if you want a room upgrade, click no thanks at the bottom
- It will show you the price of the room + taxes
- Below the price there is a comments box; *specify that you are with the wedding on November 2nd for Erin & Chris*
- Estimated time of arrival put 14h00
- Click “finalize my booking”
- Fill out your personal information
- Review your room choice and price
- Fill out your credit card information
- The credit card is required to book, no amount will be immediately charged by the website
- The hotel may or may not take a 20% pre-authorization on the credit card once they receive the reservation (AKA within 48 hours from booking)
- Click “validate my reservation”
- You should receive email confirmation for the reservation once you submit your credit card info.
